Incident Report for Checkfront

At approximately 10:49 PDT on Friday, May 10, we were alerted to an issue with our upstream DNS provider, which caused some Checkfront administrative pages and customer booking pages to be inaccessible. For most users, this inaccessibility lasted for no more than two hours, however, a very small percentage of our users were affected for up to 36 hours.
